 1) INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION ON GENOCIDE,WAR CRIMES and CRIMES against humanity on or before MAY-19 , 2009.

2) INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION on ETHNIC CLEANSING, GENOCIDE and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY after MAY-19,2009.

3) PROSECUTION OF CULPRITS and PERPETRATORS OF CRIME BY INTERNATION CRIMNAL COURT and APPROPRIATE SPECIAL INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL.

4) PLACING UN SECURITY AND PEACE KEEPING FORCES IN HOMELANDS OF EELAM TAMILS TO GIVE MORAL SUPPORT TO TAMILS THAT THE WORLD IS CARING FOR THEM BELATELY.

5) PROVIDING ADEQUATE SECURITY FOR TAMILS LIVING IN COLOMBO AND NEIGHBOURHOOD.

6) REHABLITATION WORK BY INTERNATIONAL NGO ORGANISTIONS BY PROVIDING DECENT FOOD,MEDICAL AID,BASIC AMENITIES along with providing dwelling units in accordance with international standard.

7) Tamils of homeland must be provided with opportunity for livelihood by creating employment opportunities and agricultural activities.

8) EVACUATING SINGHALESE IN TAMIL HOMELANDS HOUSED AFTER 1955.

9) Re naming all the villages and cities of tamil homelands as per earlier names.

10) WITH DRAWAL OF SINGHALESE ARMY AND POLICE FROM TAMIL HOMELANDS.

11) PROVIDING ADEQUATE SECURITY FOR WITNESSES and THEIR KINS OF WAR CRIME AND GENOCIDE and ETHNIC CLEANSING . SYSTEMATIC AND STRUCTURAL ETHNIC CLEANSING activities of RAPE AND OTHER SEXUAL TORTURE MUST BE ACCOUNTED.

12) Based on the findings of UN ENQUIRY REPORT BY TAURUSHMAN COMMITTEE and Human Rights Council report serious investigation of crimes must be addressed .

13) WHEN the CREDIBLE INTERNATIONAL investigation AGENCY investigates the court apart from punishing the guilt must find justice for the affected based on the principle of NATURAL JUSTICE.

14) RFERENDUM FOR INDEPENDENT TAMIL EELAM SHOULD BE CONDUCTED among EELAM TAMILS RESIDING IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES AND IN THE HOMELAND IN THE LINES OF EAST TIMOR, SOUTH SUDAN in way deliver justice for the affected by providing justice.

15) WHEN CONDUCTING SUCH RERFRENDUM A CREDIBLE INTERNATION SYSTEM MUST BE PLACED IN TAMIL HOMELANDS TO CONDUCT FREE AND FAIR PROCEDURE UNDER UN DEPLOYED FORCES excluding INDIA,CHINA,PAKISTAN,JAPAN AND U S military forces.

16) ICR2P OF UN MUST ACT on the depth of sufferings of tamils of eelam to Redefine the CHARTER to prevent potential GENOCIDE and such situation to be HAPPENED all around world hereafter.
